Often times in life we find ourselves lost. We’re confused, and don’t fully understand what our true purpose in life is. Consequently, we turn to busying ourselves with mindless day-to-day activities without taking the needed time to do some real soul searching. It’s inscribed in our nature to strive towards some sort of end goal which we persist towards in the future, but what about taking the time to admire the various journeys that we are all on in life?

J2BFIT was created to remind people of how important the journey is. As a passionate fitness professional and holistic health advocate, Austin offers advice not only on strength training/conditioning and nutrition, but also guidance in regards to general wellness and strategies to improve overall physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Ultimately, J2BFIT is dedicated to helping people grow in themselves and realizing their full potentials in all aspects of life so the obstacles that will inevitably come up during our lifetimes are that much easier to conquer.
